Learning Framework Overview

General Programs

Public Course Program

 

Underpinning the General Programs are a set of advanced courses designed for Business Analysts, Process Architects and other BPM change agents who are looking to grow their expertise. These specialized components are based on separate one or two-day sessions. They are designed to work in addition to one or more of the general training course components.

Specialist learning components can be grouped across four broad dimensions:

  • Modeling – BPMN, Role Activity Diagrams (RADs), EPCs, Petri Nets, etc.
  • Design – Approaches to Process Architecture, BPM Frameworks, Process Design for Case Handling, RIVA, etc.
  • Analysis – Business Analyst Improvement Techniques, Systems Thinking, BPM & Six Sigma, etc.
  • Enterprise Architecture
  • Other – BP Standards Ecology, The Role of IT, XPDL, BP Maturity Model, etc.

Each of these training modules will be available publicly and may also be customized for in-house delivery.

In the short term, we anticipate delivering:

Advance Process Modeling Course covering BPMN Training and Role Activity Diagrams. This courseware is under development at the time of writing (developed by the worlds best experts in each technique). Check the Public Course Program for dates. Detailed Agenda available shortly.

Approaches to Process Architecture is also under development at this time, along with a specialist one day program for Business Analysts in a BPM Context.
